Hi, my name is Gabi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin. I hope to join you on your current journey! Anxiety can make you doubt your strengths, ambitions, and your daily interactions. You find yourself frozen, uncertain about how to navigate your daily life. I specialize in anxiety disorders and therapeutic interventions to address your current fears gradually. Working with me, I will incorporate evidence-based therapies, proven by research, that guide you to break down your thoughts and behaviors. This helps facilitate gradual, positive change in your everyday life. We can work together to promote self-growth and investment in yourself. Everyone deserves to have someone in their corner where they can be their true authentic self.
I specialize in the following: Anxiety Disorders, Self-Esteem, Attachment & Family Conflict, Emerging Adulthood, and Life Transitions. I work with individual adult clients 18 and above. My therapy approaches are acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Please note: I am providing telehealth sessions via a secure HIPAA platform. I also may be able to provide in person services around 1 day a week (please reach out and I can give you details on if the day would match our schedules). Please see "Rates" within the top menu to view the fees for counseling services. If there are concerns regarding not being able to afford services. I may be able to offer a sliding scale based on income on a case by case basis.
